I have been sitting on this for a while.
Dear Collective,
I want to tell you something I do not say out loud very often.
I built Yinsa in 2018 from the inside of my own mess. It was not after I healed or once I had it all figured out. It was while I was still in it. It was while I was managing chronic pain and CPTSD and a son I was raising mostly on my own in New York City. While I was trying to hold all of it together and look like I was doing just fine.
A part of me used to think that disqualified me from doing this work. The more I spend time in healing spaces, in workshops, and in my own healing spaces, the more I realize how untrue that is. People who have never done any healing work, especially on themselves, will tell you I had "no business" helping anyone else heal. People who have worked with me will tell you differently. Helping people heal IS my business, and it has been for over a decade.
The women who have changed the most in my work are not the ones I coached from a place of having arrived somewhere. They are the ones I sat with while I was still in the middle of my own journey. They could feel that I was not performing expertise at them. I was honest. I didn't pretend to levitate through chaos. Instead, I was walking alongside them. I seemed to know every turn in the road because I had already been lost on it.
I did not come to this work through ease. I came through chaos. And I stayed long enough to learn the way out. While everyone else went back to their 9-5s, I stayed here.
For years, the deepest work I have done with women has happened in private. Not in a retreat yurt or in a group program or in a workshop. It has happened in the quiet of a 1:1 container where someone finally felt safe enough to stop performing like they were "okay." They were able to tell me what was actually going on without worrying about being judged.
Those conversations changed people, but not because I said anything profound. It was because I told them the truth about what I saw. My training and experience gave me the tools to help them do something about it. It was because I showed up every single week ready to hold them accountable to the version of themselves they said they wanted to be.
Since we returned from our DR retreat last month, we have been working on what I am about to share with you. I wanted to make sure it was built the right way before I put it in front of you.
Today I am introducing The Mind Body Intensive.
The Mind Body Intensive
A 6 - Month Private Transformation with me, Daniele Gates
This program is for the woman who has held it together on the outside while quietly falling apart within. The one who has done the therapy and read the books and listened to the podcasts and is still in the same patterns. It's the one who knows she has experienced trauma but does not fully see how it is running her life right now. It's the one who is tired of her own story and ready to throw a real investment at a real solution.
This is not therapy. This is not a group program. This is not a course you buy and never finish.
This is six months of private work that goes into the body and the mind, because that is where trauma lives. Not in your thoughts, but in your nervous system. It lives in your fascia. It lives in the way you brace before someone speaks. It lives in the yes you say when every part of you means no.
You will leave knowing not just who you are, but why you are who you are. That is where real change begins.
Here is what is inside:
- A full intake assessment so we start exactly where you are, not where anyone else has been.
- Weekly private online sessions with a structured workbook curriculum that gives you real practices to work with between our calls, created by me, not AI.
- Direct text access to me throughout the week because life does not wait for your next session.
- It includes in person sessions with a vetted local practitioner in your city, matched specifically to what your body needs, whether that is acupuncture, somatic bodywork, or massage therapy.
- At the end of six months, you will engage in an immersive retreat experience in the Dominican Republic to seal the work in a completely new environment.
It's been a full year since I have taken private clients, and I only take four private clients at a time.
That is it. Four.
It requires me to hire a full, in-person team and build out four private retreats. This work requires my full presence, and it's the most important work I do.
These spots are officially open right now.
If you have been in this community for any amount of time, you already know what I bring to this work. You have seen me be honest about my own healing in ways that most wellness educators are not willing to be. You have watched me build something real in a space that is full of people performing their way to credibility. You've seen the photos, the videos, and the testimonials. You already know what I do.
What I am offering you now is the most direct access to that work that exists anywhere in the Yinsa world.
If you are reading this and feeling something, that feeling is information. It is not an accident that you are still here. It is not an accident that this landed in your inbox today.
The first step is an application. It is short, but it requires honesty. That's the first step in the healing process.
Apply for the Mind-Body Intensive
Applications are reviewed personally by me. You will hear back within 48 hours.
Once I have reviewed your application, I will send you an email letting you know if this might be a good fit. We will then schedule a discovery call. There is no pressure and no pitch, just a real conversation about where you are and whether this is the right fit.
If it is, I will tell you. If it is not, I will tell you that too.
If you've been in my emails, my dms, or watching silently from the sidelines trying to figure out how to work with me - this might be your answer. Let's figure it out together.
Let's move forward with honestly, discipline, and accountability....
With love from the Dominican Republic,
Daniele
