I listed everything I have to offer. Here's what I found.

Last Monday, my chief of staff coached me.

Diandra has been in my world for eight years. She started in my chakra classes in the Bronx in 2019, took the HEAL course in 2020, came on a retreat to Tuscany and became a private client in 2024, and eventually joined the Yinsa team as our Chief of Staff. Last week, she turned everything I've taught her around and used it on me; when I was spiraling under the weight of a growing company, she had me slow down, move my body, and make a list.

"Don't write your offer. Journal on what you have to offer."

So I did.

I filled nine pages. Education. Life experience. Client transformations. Every failure I've walked through and turned into a framework. Every question I've answered about healing, travel, relocating abroad, entrepreneurship, Dominican men, parenting, teaching, building something from nothing.

And when I looked up from those pages, I couldn't remember why I'd ever questioned my value.

Here's what I know: I have been solving your problems in DMs, in passing conversations, in free sessions, and it's time to change that.

This quarter, we are streamlining everything. One place for healing. One place for travel. One place for coaching. And the coaching program is being relaunched and updated significantly from the last time we offered it in 2025.

But before that newsletter goes out later this week, I want to hear from you directly.

If any of the following sounds like your life right now:

  • You're overwhelmed and can't see the path forward
  • You're building something and keep getting in your own way
  • You're craving a life that looks more like freedom and less like survival
  • You've been circling my work for a while and know it's time

Then I want you to message me. Not so I can sell you something. To talk about what you're working on. Private coaching spots are rare, they move fast, and the people who get them are always the ones who reached out first.

Reply to this email or DM me. Tell me what's going on. That's it. It helps me with research and helps you solve a problem.

The rest of this weeks updates:

A New Travel newsletter launching — focused solely on travel, going out every Tuesday. If that's your main interest, you'll receive a specific invite to join.

LiveYinsa Collective meets Thursday. Before we do, try to work through the Vision section of The 12-Week Year and come ready to share.

Girls trip in May 4 spots still available. I've been using a travel agent and a ghost room strategy to lock in crazy flight discounts. Message me if you want that trick.

Portugal July 19-26, Bali, August 10–20 — if you've been feeling the pull to attend a Yinsa retreat, now is the time.  Prices increase as we get closer to travel dates.

All retreats and offerings live at the main Yinsa webpage.

All things Yinsa

Stay tuned for more updates this week!

With love, Daniele

Why Do You Work So Much?
Work/life balance, explained... Hi Family, I feel an intervention is coming so before the masses unite, I wanted to offer some perspective. Yes, I do too much.  I build too many things, I start too many projects, I take care of everything and everyone other than myself.  I field roughly three calls a week from friends and colleagues who ask me why I don't just take a day off, go to the beach on...
They thought I was wasting food.
Hello Beautiful Souls, This summer I brought a box of pasta into the orphanage in La Romana. We painted it and glued it onto clay and foam to make little oceans. The littles loved it. The older kids were horrified. "This is food. You're wasting food." They weren't wrong. At FONICRIS, every meal is rice, beans, and chicken or pork, mostly whatever Goya drops off. Every single day. When food is t...
All Inclusive vs. Villa: What I Learned at Moon Palace Punta Cana
I just got back from a Fora fam trip at Moon Palace Punta Cana, and I have a lot of feelings. Let me start with what this resort does well, because it does a lot well. Kids stay free. That alone changes the math for families. It's the biggest resort in Punta Cana, and on price it comes in much better than the Hyatt Ziva. There's a toddler water park and a big kid water park. The kids camp is tw...
